This page contains some photographs of star trails. While technically easy, the challenge with star trail photographs is making them aesthetically appealing and artistic, and also having time to capture them.
It is rare that I set up a camera to capture Star trail photographs, just because my cameras are busy doing other astrophotography, or I am busy without them! It seems counter intuitive for this basic form of astrophotography.
