This image shows the spiral galaxy NGC 3223.

This galaxy cought my eye while taking images of all NGC objects visibe to my observatory. It's size and detail visible in its spiral arms made for an attractive target.

I'm reasonablyhappy with the end result but would like to sharpen up the arms a little more. However doing that seemed to only produce an over-sharpenned effect on the stars in the image. Short of more layering and masking I wasn't sure how to overcome this.
