People call the occurance of a 2nd Full Moon in the one calendar month, a Blue Moon. While the moon doesn't turn blue, many people think it does.

This photograph shows the Blue Moon of March 30th 2010 (as observed from Perth, Western Australia) with a blue twilight sky behind. So you could call this a true "Blue Moon" - as it really is set amongst blue.
