Pelican (2785)

This is a photograph of a Pelican at Streaky Bay in South Australia.

I like to call this "heavy liftoff" of obvious reasons - pelican lift-off with dust being swept out from underneath. Just like a 747, this pelican looks far too big and awkward to fly!
