Latest live CCD image from observatory

Above is the latest live image from Roger Groom's observatory. This is a low quality JPG of the raw FITs file created from the most recent exposure.

This is being first tested on 6th January 2012.

I typically average up to 10 nights viewing in a month (see here for more info), so for you to see the image change you need to be watching on one of those nights, when it is night time in Perth, Western Australia (+8 GMT).

To check the likelyhood of this being active right now, check weather here and consider if it's near new moon.

Let's see if this continues to function and actually does update over time!
